As the founder and CEO of Band of Angels, Cynthia Kidder has been active in the national special needs community for 16 years. She has co-authored the award winning Common Threads: Celebrating Life with Down Syndrome and published a variety of products to increase acceptance of persons with disabilities. Ms. Kidder has identified a significant demand for customized instruction for modifying curriculum for persons with Down syndrome and other disabilities.
